Q. Can I create my own map/room?

A. Yes! If you aren’t joining a particular event, you can still enter your own lobby. This is your personal space to save and customize any space you’d like in order to invite your friends at a later time.

Q. Can my team have our own virtual office? 

A. YES! Contact our team for a custom digital office. It’s a perfect solution for facilitating collaboration. You and your team members can freely engage in conversation, share content, and even have meetings in a conference room or a colleague’s workspace, just like in real-life!

Q. Can I host my own virtual event on Meet i2i?

A. YES! Whatever it is that you need, we’ll provide you with a custom solution including custom maps, custom content, custom avatars, screen recording, and lots of other client-driven features. We’ll provide you with everything you need to make your event a success and wow your guests!

Q. Can we incorporate custom company branding into your map?

A. Yes! Anything that you would like to incorporate or customize into your event we can happily do for you. Contact us for inquiries.

Q. How far in advance do we have to book events?

A. We tend to be fairly flexible in accommodating last-minute events but ideally reaching out to us 1-2 weeks in advance is perfect. 

Q. How many people can I invite to my event?

A. Sky's the limit, we are able to accommodate thousands of people into events. So just contact us and we can get you a custom quote.

Q. Do you do partnerships?

A. Yes, we are willing to work with anyone just contact us to see just how we can collaborate together!

Q. Can I get custom avatars and/or clothing?

A. Yes! Hit us up at with what you’d like to see and we can make it happen! We work with artists who can customize and tailor any avatar, map, outfit, or anything else that you might need. 

Q. How long will a custom map take?

A. Our turnaround time on building and implementing custom assets onto the platform is currently 2-weeks. In many cases, that will be delivered sooner but gives us enough time in the case of many custom inquiries. By Q4 2020 we expect that turnaround time to be reduced to 1-week. Q. Will somebody be available at my event in case things go wrong?

A. Yes, a customer service rep will be available at your event in case something were to go wrong. Additionally, our general customer service and technical support will be available 24 hours a day. 

Q. Can I be in two events at once?

A. No, the strength of meeting i2i is to connect with others just like you would in real life. And just like you can’t be in two places at once in the real world, you can’t do that in meet i2i either.
